Why use the order builder?
Most slow quotes happen for one boring reason: incomplete first messages. A buyer sends “how much for these jordans?” with a link but no size, no country and no payment preference, so we have to ask three follow-up questions before we can even start pricing. That back-and-forth can stretch a five-minute quote into a half-day of messages across time zones. This tool fixes that by assembling everything we need in a single, structured message — links, sizes, destination, payment method and any batch notes — so the very first reply you get can be a real quote.
It also helps you. Laying your order out in one place makes it obvious when you're at two items and one more unlocks free shipping, or when you've forgotten to specify a size. Think of it as a pre-flight checklist for your order that happens to output a perfectly formatted message.
What we do with your message
Once you send it, we reply within six hours with the all-in quote: product prices, estimated shipping for your country and weight, and a customs note. Nothing is charged at this stage — it's a quote. If it looks good, you confirm and pay; if not, you tweak and we re-quote. From there it's the standard flow: purchase, warehouse, QC video approval, dispatch, tracking.

This tool runs entirely in your browser — nothing you type is sent anywhere until you choose to open WhatsApp. We don't store your links or details on this page. The only data that leaves your device is the message you deliberately send to us on WhatsApp.
What makes a good order message

A strong order message has five things: a link or precise name for each item, a size for anything worn, the destination country, a payment preference, and any quality-tier notes. With those, we can price your whole basket in one reply. Without them, every missing detail is a round-trip message — and across time zones, three round-trips can turn a same-hour quote into a next-day one. This builder exists to make a strong message automatic.
A note on links versus screenshots: both work. A Yupoo album link points us at the exact factory gallery; a screenshot is perfect when you've found the item but the link is awkward to copy on mobile. Once you're in the WhatsApp chat you can paste either. The builder's job is to get the structured details — sizes, country, payment, notes — locked in so the visual reference is the only thing left to add.
After you send: what to expect
You'll get a written quote within six hours, broken into product, shipping and a customs note — never a single blended number, so you can see exactly what you're paying for. If it works, you confirm and pay through your chosen method.
