These terms govern your use of the LitBuy Spreadsheet website ("the site", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. Please read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What this site is
LitBuy Spreadsheet is an independent informational resource and buying-assistance service. We curate links to third-party Yupoo factory albums and provide a WhatsApp ordering channel through which we act as a buying agent on your behalf. We are not the official LitBuy platform, and we are not affiliated with any brand whose products may be referenced.
2. Nature of products
Products referenced and sourced through this site are replicas ("reps") intended for personal use. They are not authentic branded goods and are not represented as such. You are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of your own country regarding the import and possession of replica goods.
3. Buying-agent role
When you place an order via WhatsApp, you instruct us to purchase a specified item on your behalf, inspect it (QC), and arrange international shipping. Prices are quoted per order and confirmed before payment. Shipping is charged on actual weighed cost. You approve a QC video before dispatch; see how QC works.
4. Payments
Payment methods, fees and protections are described on our payment methods page. For first orders we recommend protected methods such as PayPal Goods & Services. You are responsible for choosing your payment method; cheaper methods may not carry buyer protection.
5. Customs and duties
You are the importer of record for your order and responsible for any customs duties, VAT or taxes levied by your country. We declare items appropriately and provide guidance on de minimis thresholds, but we cannot guarantee customs outcomes. See our shipping & customs guide.
6. Third-party links
The site links to third-party Yupoo albums and external references over which we have no control. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
7. No warranty
The site and its information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, prices, timelines, batch availability and external links change; we do not warrant that all information is current or error-free at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the remedies described in the QC and order process (re-make, replacement or refund before shipping).
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
